A home watch visit is a visual check, not a home inspection. We're not licensed home inspectors or contractors, and we don't do repairs. The $224 value is the home watch visit ($149, typical local prices for a home watch visit with a photo report plus a thermal and moisture scan) plus the Neighbor Watch Kit ($75, about an hour to personalize at our $75 hourly rate).
